Onion Cheddar Chips

A uniquely different snack. Different sauces will go well with these, yet allows everybody to get the favors they want. Remember you can adjust the quantities when print out recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ each Onion
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese Shredded
  • Creole seasoning to taste though any seasoning as you prefer would suffice

Instructions
 

  • Grease muffin top pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese into each cavity. Make an even layer.
  • Peel and slice onions into rings. Place raw onion ring circle on top of cheddar cheese. Top with creole seasoning (or preferred seasoning of choice).
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 mins or until golden brown.
  • Transfer to paper towels to drain and let cool for 10 mins to crisp up. Serve!

Notes

If you don’t have a muffin top pan, use a muffin pan, but keep the amount in each muffin low so it comes out thin.
