cheddar cheese

Creole seasoning to taste
though any seasoning as you prefer would suffice
Instructions
Grease muffin top pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese into each cavity. Make an even layer.
Peel and slice onions into rings. Place raw onion ring circle on top of cheddar cheese. Top with creole seasoning (or preferred seasoning of choice).
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 mins or until golden brown.
Transfer to paper towels to drain and let cool for 10 mins to crisp up. Serve!
Notes
If you don't have a muffin top pan, use a muffin pan, but keep the amount in each muffin low so it comes out thin.
