Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 green onions 1” pieces
  • 8 mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 ounces noodles of your choice
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium to large skillet add the ground beef, onions, and mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and soy sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles and cook until they are soft and tender, about 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, rice vinegar, ketchup, and sesame oil.
  • Pour the sauce over the noodles and beef and stir to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables or fruit. Enjoy!
