- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 green onions 1” pieces
- 8 mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 ounces noodles of your choice
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

In a medium to large skillet add the ground beef, onions, and mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and soy sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the noodles and cook until they are soft and tender, about 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, rice vinegar, ketchup, and sesame oil.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and beef and stir to combine.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
