Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Italian sausage mild bulk
  • 2 cups mushrooms fresh, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup half – half
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine sausage and mushrooms, cook until sausage is browned and mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally to crumble sausage.
  • Drain well.
  • Stir in cheese, eggs, half & half, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch deep pie dish.
  • Place in microwave, cook for 17 to 18 min on 50 % power, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Let stand 5 minutes. Then serve.
