Crustless Quiche

Great breakfast
- ½ lb. Italian sausage mild bulk
- 2 cups mushrooms fresh, sliced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 3 eggs beaten
- ½ cup half - half
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Combine sausage and mushrooms, cook until sausage is browned and mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally to crumble sausage.
Drain well.
Stir in cheese, eggs, half & half, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch deep pie dish.
Place in microwave, cook for 17 to 18 min on 50 % power, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes. Then serve.
