No Peek Bisquick Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix Check the expiration date, newer works better
  • cup milk

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add Bisquick mix and milk stirring until a soft dough forms.
  • Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto boiling stew and reduce to medium heat.
  • Cook dumplings at medium heat (boiling) in covered wok (preferred because of the surface area and the way it heats) cook for 11 minute without removing the lid. Use a glass lid if possible. Serve immediately.
