- 1 double boiler
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple sliced
- 1 can pears
- 1 can peaches cling
- 1 can apricots
- 1 can apple, rings or spiced apples
- ¼ lb butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sherry
Instructions
- Drain all the fruit, cut the pineapple slices in halves and put into casserole. In a double boiler, heat the butter, sugar, flour and sherry wine until thick as cream. Pour over fruit and let stand in refrigerator over night. Heat at 350° F before serving. Nice with ham or fowl.
