  • 1 double boiler

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pineapple sliced
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 can peaches cling
  • 1 can apricots
  • 1 can apple, rings or spiced apples
  • ¼ lb butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup sherry

Instructions
 

  • Drain all the fruit, cut the pineapple slices in halves and put into casserole. In a double boiler, heat the butter, sugar, flour and sherry wine until thick as cream. Pour over fruit and let stand in refrigerator over night. Heat at 350° F before serving. Nice with ham or fowl.
