Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoon seafood seasoning Old Bay or Cajun Creole
- ½ cup bread crumbs add more if needed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat. Shape into cakes. Pan fry or bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until evenly browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
