Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoon seafood seasoning Old Bay or Cajun Creole
  • ½ cup bread crumbs add more if needed

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat. Shape into cakes. Pan fry or bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until evenly browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
