  • ½ lb great northern beans
  • ham bone
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 2 each carrots chopped fine
  • 3 stalks celery chopped fine
  • 2 ½ tablespoons sage
  • ½ tablespoon thyme
  • ½ tablespoon rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • V-8 juice one can
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr beef concentrate stock

WARNING avoid using sugar with beans, stops the cooking process.
