Chicken Wings Sauce- Garlicky

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons roasted red chili paste Thai Kitchen
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 pounds chicken wings split
Instructions
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter and stir in the garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the garlic is lightly browned.
- Add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili paste, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Set aside.
- Pat chicken wings dry. Bake wings (see tips on baking wings) for 45-60 minutes until crispy.
- Toss the wings in the garlic sauce and serve warm.
Notes
If cooking in an oven, suggest using a rack so the chicken cooks on all sides evenly.
