Many unique flavors are available. Prepare one or all, for game day, An assortment will insure everybody gets something to their liking. The near endless possibilities of chicken wings, elevating game day snacks to gourmet experiences. Even providing a few “naked” aka unflavored wings will not go amiss.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter and stir in the garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the garlic is lightly browned.
Add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili paste, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Set aside.
Pat chicken wings dry. Bake wings (see tips on baking wings) for 45-60 minutes until crispy.
Toss the wings in the garlic sauce and serve warm.
Notes
If cooking in an oven, suggest using a rack so the chicken cooks on all sides evenly.
