Chicken Wings – Colorado Golden

Many unique flavors are available.  Prepare one or all, for game day, An assortment will insure everybody gets something to their liking. The near endless possibilities of chicken wings, elevating game day snacks to gourmet experiences. Even providing a few “naked” aka unflavored wings will not go amiss.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 to 3 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1.5 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon Chipotle powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or oven to medium high heat (around 375F) for direct grilling.
  • In a bowl, mix together your ingredients for the seasoning. Season your wings thoroughly with the seasoning. Set chicken in the fridge until ready to use, 3 hours or overnight.
  • Bake or grill until crispy and reach 165° F internal.

Notes

If cooking in an oven, suggest using a rack so the chicken cooks on all sides evenly.
