Chicken wings come is so many different varieties.  We have found too many varieties burn while cooking if the sauce is applied before cooking, instead we bake the chicken wings on a rack in the oven, if possible, we use the convention setting.  Applying the sauce after cooking also allows different sauces to be applied.  We use frozen chicken wings, from the freezer to the oven without thawing.
