Italian Breaded Pork Chops
Good for a meal any day. Crispy, golden and packed with flavor. This is a easy recipe. Suggest serving with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes and house salad.
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops 3/4 inch thick, Top Loin
- ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the pork chops in egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning once. Cook until the internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F.
- Remove the pork chops and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
