Ingredients

  • 1 pkg onion soup mix Lipton, use our recipe for the imitation version if desired.
  • 4 medium potatoes cut into cubes, about 2 lbs
  • cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  • Combine all ingredients in large plastic bag or bowl,mixing until potatoes are evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in 13 X 9 inch baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
