Scalloped Corn

- ¼ cup onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup corn whole kernel, drained
- 1 each egg slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/ teaspoon mustard dry
- ¾ cup milk
Saute onion in butter until golden. Blend in flour and seasonings. cook until bubbly. remove from heat and gradually add milk. Bring to boil; boil 1 min., stirring constantly. remove from heat and add corn and egg. Pour into 1qt. baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20-30 min. in 350° F. oven.
