Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent sheet
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 5 large eggs
  • ¼ cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Unroll crescent sheet spread onto the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. evenly spread sausage over the dough.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over the top of your casserole,m and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Bake at 400° F for 15-20 minutes until eggs are set and crust is golden.

Notes

If desired, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, then reheat in the microwave or the oven.
