This has been a guarded family secret recipe.
- 2 ½ lbs potatoes, peeled, cooked, chunked
- 5 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch dressing dried mix
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 8 eggs hard boiled and chopped
- 1 cup green onions sliced including white and green portions
- 1 ½ to 2 cups mayonnaise
Mix potatoes and dried Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix.
Add celery, onions, eggs. Mix to evenly distribute.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix.
Place in refrigerator to meld. Suggest 12 hours.
