In large skillet brown the chicken pieces in vegetable oil
Combine reserved peach liquid, and thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, Malt vinegar, brown sugar, dried basil leaves, salt, ground cloves and cinnamon, pepper, pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or bake at 350° F or until chicken is cooked.
Add peaches, heat.
Combine cornstarch and water; stir into sauce. Heat, stirring, until sauce is thickened.
