3cupschicken previously cooked, diced. I withhold until making soup. Allows last min. alternation like replace with other meat.
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
Store the mix in an airtight container or a mason jar.
To prepare the soup, mix 1/2 cup of the dry mix with 1 1/4 cups of water or milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
Adjust seasoning to taste and enjoy your homemade chicken soup!
You can add your favorite herbs and spices to customize this mix.
