- 1.5 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1.5 teaspoon Chipotle powder
- 1.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken wings and see basic chicken wing recipe.
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients.
- Apply the mixture to the chicken wings and serve.
Notes
If cooking in an oven, suggest using a rack so the chicken cooks on all sides evenly.
