½lb.crabking (optional), one per person
½lb.crab snow (optional), one per person
½ lb.crab blue (optional), one per person
½lb.crab Dungeness (optional), one per person
Instructions
In a large stockpot, combine 4 quarts water, seafood boil seasoning, garlic, onion, and potatoes.
Add corn and sausages and optional seafood ; cook until seafood and potatoes are done, i.e. potatoes are cooked thru , when tested with a fork. Remove from heat; stir in shrimp. Cover and let stand until shrimp are pink and firm, 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve immediately , Suggest draining and dump on serving platter or bowl.
