Seasoning Taco Bell Copy cat

Course: This-That
Cuisine: Mexican
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
As written (4 servings) make enough to season one pound of ground beef. Very cost effective also.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar granulated white

Instructions

  • Whisk together onion flakes, flour, bouillon granules, garlic salt, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Now use as you would be the packet of seasoning mix.

Notes

Suggest storage in airtight container, like mason jar. At normal room temps.
I suggest making a batch as written, use it and see if you and your family enjoy the flavor.  Adjust as till you find the "right" mixture for your family's taste.
For ease of use I make enough ahead to last a couple of months, which depends on how often you use.
