4pork loin chopsbone-in pork loin chops (approx 1 inch thick 10 oz each)
½teaspoonred pepper flakescrushed
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonsolive oil
GLAZE:
½cupbalsamic vinegar
½cuphoney
3green onionschopped
2garlic clovesminced
1teaspoonrosemaryminced fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
⅛teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonpepper
¼cupbuttercubed
Instructions
