An oldie but a goody.
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- 1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅓ cup apples sliced
- ½ cup nuts
Mix until creamy the egg and sugar in a bowl.
Sift the flour, baking power, and salt and then add to to above gradually, mixing well.
Add and mix in to mixture, lemon juice, apples and nuts.
Grease and flour pie pan. Add mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 325° F.
