Mexican Shells and Pork Chops

- 2 Pork chops
- 12 oz Velveeta shells and cheese sauce Or your version of Mac and Cheese
- ½ cup peppers of chopped , Green, yellow, red, Poblano, your choice. Add or subtract to your taste.
- 2 cups water
- 1 ½ cups salsa
Brown pork chops in a skillet with a little oil. cook 4-5 min. on each side until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Add 1 1/2 cups Salsa and 2 cups of water to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
Stir into skillet Velveeta Shells and cheese sauce. (This comes in a 12 oz. box, Original or A Queso Blanco version, your preference)
Add the chopped pepper.
Cook on medium heat to 10 min. stir in cheese sauce and top with pork chops; cover, Cook 5 min on low heat.
