Honey Bacon Roasted Pototoes

Good side dish. Used with many different main courses.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bacon, honey, olive oil, dressing mix. Toss to coat.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy your delicious Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes!
