Honey Bacon Roasted Pototoes

Good side dish. Used with many different main courses.
- 2 pounds potatoes scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup bacon chopped
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing mix
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bacon, honey, olive oil, dressing mix. Toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
Remove from the oven and enjoy your delicious Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes!
