Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cheese non-fat grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces yogurt non-fat plain
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  • Mix in bottle or Jar. Use one you have a lid or cap for.  Add dry ingredients first, adding liquids last.
