- 3 avocados medium
- 2 green tomatoes or medium tomatillos
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 1 Poblano pepper medium
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ⅓ cilantro of a bunch washed
Remove skin and pit from avocado.
Remove papery husk from tomatillos.
Put all ingredients into bowl of food processor; process until smooth.
Chill and let it meld for about 3 to 4 hours.
Enjoy with tortilla chips.
