Ingredients

  • 2 each eggs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • 1 ⅓ cups condensed milk
  • 1 ⅞ cups coconut

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 X 8.
  • Bake at 320° F for 35 minutes.

This recipe was originally written for 8 servings. If that is desired, use the servings to adjust.  Use a 9 X 13 instead to bake.
