Chinese Brown Sauce Recipe

This is a quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients

cup
beef broth
1 ¼
tablespoons
oyster sauce
1
teaspoon
dark soy sauce
½
teaspoon
sugar
a little more sugar if adding the optional items
1
tablespoon
cornstarch
to taste
ginger
Optional
to taste
garlic
Optional

teaspoon
sesame oil

Instructions
In a sauce pan, add all the ingredients. Mix evenly and make sure there are no lumps of cornstarch.
Bing the mixture to a boil while stirring. Simmer until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
Notes
To make it spicy, Add Chile sauce or Chile oil, or add 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.
