Cheese-Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 12 oz corn 1 can
  • 8 oz Tostino's Salsa con queso
  • cheese whiz
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce use your favorite
  • to taste corn or tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Brown meat then drain.
  • Add onion, pepper simmer till tender.
  • Stir in corn, cheese, sauce, & chili powder.
  • Simmer to 20 minutes.
  • Top with corn chips.
