beef or chicken, or 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar , Optional . If desired you can use 2 cubes of bouillon.
Instructions
Chop vegetables, combine all ingredients in a stockpot, add enough water to cover.
Boil 10 minutes.
Reduce to a simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
Makes about six quarts.
