- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Italian spice dried mix
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar and screw on the lid. Shake the jar until the ingredients are well combined.
Serve with your preferred salad, or store in the fridge up to a week.
