- 3 each oranges peeled and cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- ½ cup onion Red, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro fresh, chopped
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
