Chicken Divan

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup I use Campbell's
- ½ cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs Seasoned
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Lowfat
- 2 cups Chicken diced Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken
- 2 cups Green Beans or broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Cook the green beans or broccoli so it is cooked but firm. Arrange the cooked green beans or broccoli in a pre-greased dish and place the cooked chicken on top.
- In a small bowl combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour on top of the chicken and green beans.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the surrounding sauce is bubbling.
- Serve evenly between 8 plates and enjoy!
