Ingredients
  

  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup I use Campbell's
  • ½ cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs Seasoned
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Lowfat
  • 2 cups Chicken diced Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken
  • 2 cups Green Beans or broccoli

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Cook the green beans or broccoli so it is cooked but firm. Arrange the cooked green beans or broccoli in a pre-greased dish and place the cooked chicken on top.
  • In a small bowl combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour on top of the chicken and green beans.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the surrounding sauce is bubbling.
  • Serve evenly between 8 plates and enjoy!
